Matthew, that dough is so soft is looks like...... I don't know, whipped egg whites or the head on a beer or something.  Wow.  I can only imagine what the texture is like.

Thanks Tran.  The taste was really good; simple but good.  I like making focaccia on the thick side so that I can make panini with it.

It was very soft & airy, I thought the texture was bang on with this batch & liked it very much.  Thanks for the compliments.
