My wife is a very good communicator.  I gave her the task of finding a distributor that would sell us KASL.

They sold the bag to us through a nearby Italian restaurant.  50lb bag for $25, including tax.  I'm looking forward to making my first batch of dough using KASL tonight.   :chef:
