Hi,

I am attempting to make a "Lou Malnati's style pizza and need to purchase a deep dish pan.  I checked out www.pizzatools.com and was wondering which one to buy? 

1.) What is the difference between nesting and stacking?

2.) Does it matter? If so, which is best?

I was looking at the following: 15" 14.875" 2.25"
