Whew, good to know. I didn't even know what Buffalo Mozzarella was until I joined the forum. I just thought the article in the paper was interesting, and I like the other types of cheese they make so I just put 2 and 2 together and made an assumption.
So, that being said, I'd like to try some of this stuff out. I'm looking for opinions on
who makes a good product (that you can buy), and what should it look/taste like?
