Video of Making a Margherita in my earthstone
« on: May 14, 2011, 05:12:00 PM »
I never took the time to film a video of making a  Neo - Neapolitan pie, so here it is with my phone cam, from last Sundays Bake. Background barking care of Harley and Molly. The Helper (arm) is my  5 yr old pepperoni lover !
Yes little out of shape oblong, not my best stuff.  but 1st time filming just seeing how it worked out. I will get the filming thing  down with some more practice. Just watched pizza was around  90 sec?

Nice Video John.  Pie looks good to me.   ;)  The big arching flames was what I was missing.  Oh well, next time.   Any idea how high your ceiling is John?   Did you ever raise the floor?

Did i miss a thread about that nice little working spot? I'm guessing you built it yourself. My wife would love one of those so I could control the flour. A few more pics and some explanation perhaps?

John,

How big was the dough ball on that pie?

The cooking demo was nice, but my favorite part was "pepperoni girl" in the background sound!  Too cute.  I love that it was a family effort!
