Freezing homemade dough?

Does anyone have any experience with freezing home made dough? Specifically chicago style? I know when you freeze things they usually taste fresh when thawed but I just want to know if anyone has tried this before I make dough and freeze it

You'll need to increase yeast and sugar but other than that you should be good
