Wow Larry, that's a lot of pies. You and your people must be exhausted.

Unfortunately, I had a rough week and was unable to make it to the fair like I planned to. :'(  

Regardless of how much money you made, I would think that the exposure had to be good. Probably thousands of people tried NP for the first time. Have you booked any catering events because of the fair exposure?

 don, missed seeing you i probably would have put you to work :chef:. i am letting my daughter do the friday night jobs. i have to be at lorenzos for the friday mayhem.she was cooking four at a time fair week and killing them!!! stop in to visit sunday we are back to cooking in the parking lot!!

Yeah I really missed being there. I tried to make time but it was a very crazy week for me. I think that I would have enjoyed working with you. Maybe next year.

So you made a pizzaiolo out of your daughter...or would that be pizzaiola?

 our mobile oven has been busy with a lot of different events.this week end we did our once a month at a local winery, pizza sold very well. we restocked Saturday morning and headed to an Italian festival in Lorain Ohio. the wood oven pizza was accepted very well by the largely Italian crowd.we did three types of pizza . the one that we pushed was  roasted red and yellow peppers onion,and sausage.hoping we could get some of the Italian sausage sandwich business.i priced all of my pies at 11.00 and sold out about half an hour before the event ended we pushed over three hundred pies thru the oven. they laid our area out for us. a local artist did a pizza man standup with the open face so you could take a picture. this was a really nice event and the 8 hour shift went by very quickly. hopefully they will invite us back next year?!!
