High temp thermometer (Not Infrared.)

I need to install a temp gauge on the lid of my LBE to read the inside temp of the oven.  The temp of the ambient air.  been looking locally but most top out at 450-550F i need one that tops out at 850-950F.  any suggestions >:D.
