Pizza sauces?

I searched and have not yet found recipes for pizza sauces in this forum

There are several recipes on the site for pizza sauces, but they are scattered throughout the site. There are also several threads that discuss many possible ingredients for use in pizza sauces. Many of the recipes call for tomatoes from Escalon and Stanislaus, which most likely aren't available to you in Australia, but you may find other tomatoes to use as substitutes.
