I know this seems like a dumb question.
but it's just I'm so overwhelmed on where exactly to start with pizza making.
So many different types of crusts, recipes, ratios, etc. So much confusing terminology like the percentages, and water loss, fermentation, yeast vs. commercial risers,etc. etc.
What's the best resource for getting started and understanding the process? A book or just online? Any book or site in particular recommended would be of great help.
