I think we all are...

If I were closer to Texas, knowing how fun it's going to be, I'd almost invite myself. :-D Too bad I'm several states away though. Getting together and shaking hands would be pretty awesome.

I agree. Though I've met Craig and Gene already, I'd love to be at this little soiree!
I can't wait to see the pies baked in that beautiful oven!

That is great news.  Great Football weather here tonight, also.  The temps. dipped into the low 70's with a nice coastal wind to back them up.  If the temps. fall lower than that the locals usually make a run for milk and bread.  It sprinkled lightly here tonight, any chance of rain for Austin, tomorrow?  I have an umbrella that could protect my oven, you are on your own with yours.

Ok,  Here's what I'm bringing

5 dough balls (250g)  65% KABF  (24hr bulk, 24hr ball)
sauce - canned Cento tomatoes 35oz. blended and doctored with salt, sugar
sausage - Johnsonville mild italian with fennel and cayenne added
pepperoni - the standard stuff, didn't get a chance to look for picante salami

beer -  thinking IPA or Pale Ale (still need to pick up)
I was hoping that there would be cheese available, Should I pick up some?

Soccer game this morning,
Dance recital in the afternoon,
Pizza tonight.

Looking forward to the evening,
Tim

Guys, I'll bring the following, sorry, just saw this thread....had i realized we needed dough, i could have whipped up some:

I have 2 types of Pepperoni to bring, Ciao Food Service, Hormel Foodservice and a nice stick of
Soppresseta. (you have a slicer Tom?)

Cheese making supplies.

I have a ton of foodservice cans of tomatoes....shall i bring them and we'll do a test? Tom? What else is needed? Olive Oil?

My favorite pizza lately has been pepperoni/cilantro with hot pepper sauce and/or calabrian chiles. I'll try to get some cilantro so you all can try...

Bring twice as mutch as you think we will need.  You can always take it back home....

I have a 2kg batch of Caputo in bulk, but still a bit young (only 24 hr)  we can check it and ball it at noon or so.  I can't wait.

I have a couple pounds of fresh mozzarella, a knot of Oaxca, some Monterrey jack.  Need a grating cheese and some whole milk mozzarella, if anything. Also, my basil plant finally croaked so we need basil.  I have a #10 can of 7-11 tomatoes and some Classicos.

I just finished plastering it with the finish coat:

Primavera 70 for him  :-D
Seriously Tom you think  this oven would hold up to the rigors of the road? say mounted on a dual torsion axle trailer ?? with 4 " concrete under  to stablize and help with the bouncing/ stabilty, mass. I really love it!
Have Fun!
