That was an interesting night. We had great pizza from everyone. I didn't take any pictures last night, but I took a few today of the leftovers.
Josh brought curd and pulled some fresh mozzarella, and it is good, no, great. He made it look easy, but something tells me it can't be that simple to make the best mozzarella I have ever had.
Gene and Craig dueled it out with the ice cream maker, last night I gave it to Craig with the coconut ice cream (drizzled with Old Monk rum), but this afternoon I think I may tip towards the orange soda and pineapple sherbert made by Gene. They have different mouth feel, but the sherbert works. Brain Freeze!
Thanks to all, I really had a good time, and ate beyond what I normally could. Time for a nap.
