I live in Sandy,Utah.
I have been making pizza's (poorly) for ten years now. I am constantly struggling with
the high altitude and issues with yeast.

I would appreciate anyone's input on these issues.

Mike, Welcome to the forum. Not everyone looks at these into posts. You would be better served posting your questions to such threads as General Pizza Making or Ingredients & Resources.
