Pizza Pictures From My Trip To Italy

Hi all, I recently got back from a trip to Northern Italy (Torino), and took some pictures of the pizza I had there. All of these are from the city of Torino. The second one (Gramsci) I saw they were using flour from a 50lb red bag marked "Farina 00".  I redid the links since it looks like you can't link externally to images.


They are in this order:

Thanks for the pictures. The Rossopomodoro is the more neapolitan looking-like. Probably the best they can get in Torino re neapolitan pizza.

Rossopomodoro is a chain, and while the pizza was good, the Sfashion ones do not do it justice. I've been all around Italy and there's something about the flavor of the dough and cheese in the Sfashion pizzas that make it #1 for me. I visited the upstairs once and got a good look at the oven, but I didn't ask where it was made. The pizzas were typically done in around 80 seconds from what I saw.
