Something I've never had to think about. I make extra pizza precisely so I can have lots of cold pizza which I like almost as much as a pie straight out of the oven and orders of magnitude better than reheated pizza  .

Pete, thanks for the article. I too take left over pizza for lunch at work. Totally different than just baked but better than anything I can buy in the cafeteria.

Leftovers? What are leftovers? Actually, the leftovers go to 12-year-old critic who loves them cold for lunch. I agree with Craig... I (used to) love cold pizza. Biggest abomination... microwaved leftover pizza! I had a roommate way back who used to do that all the time (and he started with bad chain pizza).
