I have a Bakerstone pizza oven that requires me to rotate the pizza several times for even cooking. My peel is great for getting the pizza in and out of the oven but is too wide for turning (as it is roughly the same width as the opening itself). I have been turning it with 2 spatulas but have seen the pizza turning peels (smaller metal peel with a round end - I was thinking of getting an 8" diameter one). Anyone have experience with a turning peel and have any recommendations? Or recommendation of some other way to turn the pizza? Thanks!
