Monday nite 00 with beer....5 days old

Same pie and crust 6 days old vs 2 days old. Onions, green pepper, homemade capicola with provolone/mozzarella mix and a bit of parm on top of the sauce, baked at 550 for about 5-6 minutes

Here's an upskirt with a fold. Also there was 1 thing different I forgot to mention. I used the Cento Crushed Tomatoes for the first time, I liked them a lot. Not real watery, very homogenous one could say without being too thick. Nice tomatoes, great flavor and texture

Oh yeah...that one looks maybe even a 'lil better than the last one, great crust. I like the way the capicola  renders off the love....
