Size pizza rocker knife

I am looking at a 20" pizza rocker knife at Amazon, though it might be a bit big. I've never used one of those before, just a big normal type of knife or a roller cutter. I looked but didn't find any at GI metal. I will handle 14" and 16" pizzas. Should I look for a smaller one?

I would think that the larger the knife the better control you will have...good call on the 20 incher.

I spoke a bit prematurely in my last post. I had a hard time finding anyone who would send me that particular rocker knife (American Metalcraft PKR20 Stainless Steel 20-Inch) outside the US -Amazon wouldn't, nor the seller - and it wasn't easy finding one in Europe either... Pizza rocker knives are nowhere to be found in Sweden at all - likely cause we rarely buy or eat pizza by slice here - so I was turning to a freight forwarder. In the end though, I found one being sold at eBay US who was willing to send it to me. It's costing me more than double, but I doesn't matter. It's my kitchen and I want that knife.

In the future, I would be happy to help you with any difficult purchases like this...no sur-charge, jus pay the actual costs and we can all be pizza pals, thats what it's all 'bout man.
