The attention surrounding this announcement is due to Paulie's hard earned notoriety in Greenpoint. I'm a very fortunate benefactor (i.e. a lucky sum' b$tch) of his hard work.
I should be getting the keys to the space very soon and will be sure to post occasional updates on the status.
Again, I am very lucky and humbled. There are many here who are much more competent than me when it comes to making pizzas and more worthy of such an adventure. I sincerely hope that for those of you who want to one day take that next step are able to do so.
I'm very much looking forward to pouring myself into this and creating a great experience for pizza peeps for many, many years to come.
