I'm looking for a better crust recipe after years of decent but not great crust. Jets is my latest commercial favorite (Square Pan pizza, Jet10) but I also like a thin crust with my favorite being from a place called Glenside Pub in Muskegon MI. Also, there used to be a place called The Cottage Inn Cafe in Ypsilanti, Mi that had a wood fired oven that made some great pizza of the thin crust variety.
