My name is Michael and I am from the south of Ireland. I am very particular about my pizzas so I am very intrigued as to how they are made. I was doing a bit of roaming on this forum and I soon realised how much effort and passion people have for making a pizza that they can call there own. I never realised how much thought and effort was put into making a good pizza.
I am here to learn and get to know people from different parts of the world. I am excited about my journey to making a pie that I will be proud of and hopefully I will be able to share knowlege with you even if it is very minute!!!!
