Hi! I'm Steve in Colorado and I own a NY Style pizza shop. We've been doing it for 3 years and bidness is growing. I'm hoping that this forum will help me improve our product and my understanding of the pizza world. My pet peeve ... referring to pizza, or pie, as "za". Drives my crazy.

Yep, that's me. The pic is just a stock photo, but it's pretty close to what we do. I've redone the website, but I just haven't published it yet. I'll do so when I finally find the time to fix some of the details. (I can't publish what I have just yet, so I still have the Closed for Christmas message on the main page) Thanks for checking it out!
