Hi, my name is Eliott, and I love pizza. I'm from Tennessee. I also like pina coladas and getting caught in the rain. Anyways, I think my love of pizza stems from a number of sources. I come from an Italian family, so I like most any Italian food. I also like playing around with yeast (baking, homebrewing, wine-making, etc), so my love of pizza is just a natural progression of my love for yeast. I also like the fact that, unlike a lot of food items, pizza is something that I haven't been able to master in a short period of time, and I think that the journey has been more rewarding because of my many, many failures with making pizza.
Outside of pizza and food in general, I also like dancing, night clubs, disco/electronic dance music and watching Jersey Shore.
