My name is David, and I am a recent pizza/bread making addict. I always loved to eat, but only in recent years have I started to learn the pleasure of making food. I never thought I'd make my own pizza, but once I started, I found that I cannot stop because it's so fun.
I had been reading many different forum topics and posts and learned so much valuable information before I decided to join. I'm very grateful for the forum and to all the members who have contributed to the knowledge base on pizza making and beyond.
