I just came across this forum a few days ago and have been lurking and decided I would go ahead and join. My wife and I have been kicking around the idea of opening up our own pizza place for a small family business and I think this site is going to be a great resource for us! We are in the process of perfecting our pizza recipe and have lots of questions for the future. Just wanted to say hi! :)
