Great TIP cocoabean !, have done that with other things, but that technique would be great with pizzas also.

Ok I gotta ask, what is that on top of that pizza ? - is that coconut ? ... sure looks like it.
It's shredded Romano. Does look like coconut, though.
What is this by the way ? it looks very interesting, and I've love to see what is inside this, if you have another image
to post .....
That's a great looking "mystery" bun there, it looks more like a bun of sorts.... I don't see a top, or opening,
so how did you achieve this ? did you fold dough over the top ?
It's basically a deep dish pizza like that video. Turned out pretty soggy, but that was because I put incompatible things in it, like tomato pieces and raw vegetables and ricotta and cream cheese. Really oozed out even thought the crust was very well stable. Was freaking delicious cold out of the fridge the next day. (Made two pizzas that day, a thin crust double layer with the thin and crispy with the ricotta and cream cheese between, so when this came out I was already well fed.)
I did fold the dough just back over the top. Actually, the chunks where the dough overlapped was the most flavorful. I used the Papa Del's dough. I think a dough with a denser crumb might be a better choice, though.
For all I know it may not BE a pizza, so I hope you can tell us what this amazing looking food is

I'm not sure if it's technically a pizza or a pot pie or some pasty type thing.
