Names david. im from sunny (not) N.Ireland.

myself and my brother are in the process of getting a pizza shop open. we have worked for several months at a friends pizzeria making the pizzas to get some experience and can do the traditional ones well now by hand (no rollers etc).

however im always looking to learn more and found this place so hopefully i can pick up some tips from people a lot more experienced than myself (which to be fair is probably most people) lol.

Welcome David.  I'm from Cleveland, Ohio.  I was in Ireland a couple of months ago vacationing.  Beautiful country.  Best fish and chips I ever had.  Did not get a chance to try Irish Pizza.
