Que Pasta,
I'm Chet from the deep southwest of these United States. Having been retired for the past decade I've decided to get serious and see if I can improve the results of pizza cooking by building a wood fired oven. My wife and I regard pizza as a food staple that can be eaten and enjoyed everyday if we wish. Thanks for providing a forum with plenty of helpful information.
