I just figured out that maybe I can't seem to post because I never posted an introduction:) I'm on Long Island. The best pizza I've had was at Anthony Mangieri's place in NYC. I am fond of the New Haven pies too. I have made most of my pizzas in a regular home oven at 550. I am planning on trying an experiment in converting a gas bbq to a pizza oven this Spring:) Although I have not been able to post yet, I have enjoyed everyone's postings...thanks to all...dan
