I received a question (via email) about a source for "Antico Molino Caputo pizza flour"

Is this the flour that PennMac sells?

There are three Caputo 00 flours that can be used to make pizza dough, but the one that is most often used by our members is the Caputo 00 Pizzeria flour that is sold by PennMac and others. One of the advantages that PennMac offers is that they sell the Caputo Pizzeria flour repackaged in 5-lb. bags. They also sell the big bag (55 lbs.). Another source of the big bag is chefswarehouse.com.
