Veggie Prosciutto Pizza

Veggie Prosciutto Pizza

I have made a few additions to this pizza recipe since the last time. Also, I used Freya's Gold Kolsch Style Golden Ale in the dough making process.

Beer Dough
Pizzaiolo Sauce by Stanislaus
Shredded Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese (that has been aged over 24 months)
Whole Milk Mozzarella
Baby Spinach
Mushrooms
Artichoke Hearts
Prosciutto - thin sliced
Sun Dried Tomatoes - Julienne Cut
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Grated Parmesan (light sprinkle)
EVOO - a swirl after baking

425 degrees for 15 minutes on a 14" pizza screen.

(The first two photos on this thread and the last photo on this thread were taken with my Panasonic Lumix Camera and the following photos were taken with my cell phone. That is why there is some difference in the color)

EVOO - a swirl after baking (some people like to give the swirl of Extra Virgin Olive Oil before the baking of the pizza and others give the swirl after the pizza is baked. It's up to you) The EVOO is hard to see in this photo but it is there.

Tom,
Faaaantastic!

For the amount of toppings you have on that pizza it has real good balance and looks absolutely Professional. The cheese melt is awesome too man on the last pic!  :chef:
This is a beauty...

Thanks Bob,

I decided to buy Sun Dried Tomatoes at the last minute at Costco while looking for Artichoke Hearts. So I added them to the recipe.

I thought you were going to offer prosciutto made from vegetables...

Delicious looking pie, but I can't get over the fact that you are wasting precious beers in the dough.
