Pizza on hold

My pizza plans are on hold while we make a batch of Strawberry Jam with the fresh strawberries coming in.  After that I have 40#s of pork Butts waiting to be put on the pit.
However, I did pull the piece of Chicago in the picture out of the freezer for lunch.  It was magnificent.

You make me wish I made Chicago Style for lunch instead of a Neopolitin Style.

I haven't tried a Neopolitin Style, but i think that is next on my list.
