Finally back again. What a bummer, I wanted to make my 2nd Chicago on the weekend. Just had no time... same story as last time. Well, you know Focacciaman.... seems like we were not alone the last week.
But the good news is the dough is now in the fridge for tomorrows lunch!! Can't wait

I am going to try the variation with the all Crisco and decided to give the Farina de Maiz a try (corn-flour instead of cornmeal). I am getting hungry already just thinking about tomorrow.
