I am cooking my sauce right now and there are little red flakes floating on top. Looks like someone put red glitter in the sauce what are those. I am thinking its the skin that they didn't get off the tomatos. Can someone tell me what this is and if I should take them out or just leave it.

Thats what I thought to thanks. It tastes good, I have been cooking for about 50 minutes now. Its almost where I want it to be. Thanks again
