I have a source for several varieties of commercial "dough improvers" or "dough conditioners". Problem is this place only sells by the 50lb sack! If you are local to me, (SF BAY AREA, CA) and would like to split a portion of a bag with me, let me know through pm. The stuff ranges from $50 - $100 a sack, and I don't know which ones are best, so input would be great. I can send descriptions before we buy, thanks!
