Cranked out a couple chi-town thins and one deep dish tonight.

Here's half of a chi-town thin pie. Different kind of mozz tonight - didn't brown as my usual whole milk mozz, but melted very good and creamy.

Topped with homemade sausage, diced onions and jalapenos >:D >:D

The diced jalapenos and onions were a nice touch, without going too overboard (at least I thought so!) 8)
