Author Topic: Does anybody know how to make a starter out of raw dough?  (Read 1153 times)

I assume you mix raw dough with flour and water.  But how much of each?  Has anybody been successful in doing this?   I imagine that it's not too easy, otherwise everybody can make dough that tastes like their local pizzeria.

Ahh, thanks!  I wonder how close my dough will turn out to the flavor of the raw dough.  Has anybody ever reported their results after trying this?
