I've noticed a significant drop off in posts lateley in all forums. Is it the time of year?

Best,

Jeff,

I would guess that it is a seasonal matter. I noticed the same thing at the PMQ Think Tank. Or maybe it's because everything that is to be known about pizza is now known and here on the forum Grin.

All I know is that I learned a lot here and enjoy reading and dont always feel the need to post.  Always enjoy reading though!  Now I am just busy trying to find the right location that makes sense to start up my pizzeria which is not as quick as I anticipated.

It's summer time!!! People are fishing, bbqing, sitting in the back yard drinking beer etc, etc. All and all, not sitting in front if the computor as much, a good thing for the most part. Come winter things will get more active and more pizzas being made.
Hope everyone has a great summer,

Lovin my Oven!

« Reply #6 on: August 08, 2008, 10:36:53 AM »

Heres a post!
I recently registered on the site . WOW great site for a guy who just spent 1 yr building an earthstone oven in the back yard (would love to post a few pics and show off my handy work) complete with outdoor kitchen.
I stumbled on this site as I was looking for a supplier of the Caputo 00 flour wha la! All info plus more than I can digest! Penn Mac. (Rose is great) has it all!! I mentioned your name Pete zza and she has spoken to you and loves this site also. My order arrived in time for this weekend 20+ person  pizza party
I am well over 200 PTD ( pies to date! ) and they just get better and better.
Now with my hands onthis site the skys the Limit!!
thanks to everyone who has ever posted
Glad to be here.

Welcome John C.

I got a chuckle out of your PTD measurement - like running hours on an engine or miles on a car or number of burgers sold. I wish I'd have kept track of my PTD. Another measure would be BOC (bags of Caputo 00) or BMI (body mass increase).

Let's see some photos (but not in this thread).
