Hello out there from a newbie to the forum.

I have question regarding a pizza restaurant chain out of Ohio named Cassano's.  I understand that at one time they had restaurants/take-out places in several states.  My uncle used to own a pizza restaurant franchise and I think this might have been the one.  Does anyone know if there was Cassano's Pizza King in Rockford, IL back in the late 70's/early 80's?

I found the answer to my own question.  The pizza place that my uncle owned/managed was called Cibo House.  It was an up-and-coming chain out of Nebraska in the 1960's.  I am not sure if there are many left.  I rather doubt it.  I did find one in Charleston, SC that seems to resemble what his place in Rockford, IL was like back in the day, but I don't think it is the same business.  Cibo House also served items like spaghetti with meatballs and fried chicken! If any else has any memories or other information about Cibo's, I would appreciate it.
