What’s So Funny ‘Bout Pizza Love and Understanding

« on: January 13, 2009, 11:47:57 PM »

I had my first ever pizza today from an oil fired oven.Has anyone else come across one of these? It was originally a  coal fired bread oven that has been converted.I was short on time so I couldn't get the whole history, but the pizza (crust) was better than i've had at some coal fuelled places.
