I recently received a PM from pizzaqueen (Rose) at PennMac (http://www.pennmac.com/) that they will soon be carrying the King Arthur Sir Lancelot (KASL) high gluten flour. It will be sold in 50-lb. bags and also in repackaged 5-lb. bags. No pricing information is yet available, but this may be good news for many of our members, especially those in the geographic vicinity of PennMac and those looking for a quality nonbromated, unbleached high-gluten flour.
