Rehydrating dry mozzarella?

Hi;

I use dry mozzarella on my pizza. Can I get the texture like fresh mozzarella by putting it in water for some hours?

Are you talking about Scamorza or just low-moisture mozzarella?

But here's another idea: Just buy fresh mozzarella.
