I Love Pizza!

Does anyone know how to make SHOTGUN SAMS pizza sauce....like back in the '70's and 80's

I worked there twice...for total of 10 years.

The sauce was very similar to Raghu (or rather Raghu is similar to what we did).

It was just tomatoe paste and small amts of the usual adds that all add.
The sauce isnt what made the pizza, it was the skin & cooking methods.

Ultimately keeping the pizza from getting greasy.   

You can duplicate it, I used to have a 5000 person copy of the recipe...and was going to cut it down to 5,but never really got around to doing it... and now its not really worth it.


Overall, the spices is what does it, otherwise its plain.
