We went to the conference and it was wonderful!   Learned lots of new techniques for our WFO.  They had six mobile ovens there and a myriad of workshops.   It was well worth the trip and time spent.  Even with the rainy weather our spirits were not dampened.  To maximize our experiences my wife and I attended different workshops and shared our learning.  We would go again next year. Fantasitico!  I will post pictures soon.
