This is a view from the deck above the piazza.  The bar is in front of the marble prep-table it overlooks three trellises of grape.  Now if only I can control the weather here.   I am thinking of making some kind of shade for that area for sunny days or rainy days.

Very nice.

In my vision I have a "roof" of ivy or grape vines.

I suggested that to my wife but she said that the birds and the grapes would make a mess on the pavers below.  I read some where that there are fruitless grape varieties.  I'll have to look into that too. I can see all the Japanese beetles making a mess too.  I don't want to do plastic.  Suggestions are appreciated.  Thanks,
