Howdy fellow pizza lovers,

Last night's was probably the best yet.  The dough consisted of a variation of BTB's Malnati w/semolina and a sauce combined of 6 in 1 and chopped Trader Joe's whole tomatoes w/basil.  Also, I added some chopped roasted garlic & crushed red peppers and oregano to the sauce.  Once the dough was in its place, I spread a little melted butter on top, followed by a pound of sliced mozzarella, a half a pound of pepperoni, then the sauce and finally the secret ingredient: finely grated pecorino romano (AKA sheep's milk "king of all cheeses").  Here are a few pics...before, during (inpatient oven shot) and after.  Enjoy!

Looks absolutely wonderful.  I'll bet it tasted better than it looked too.
