In my opinion Wildwood, NJ is a great place to vacation and I can see why Wildwood would be in the top 10 boardwalks. What more could anyone ask for than the ocean, gentle breezes, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, rides, beaches, bike riding on the boardwalk, old doo whop stuff, Mack’s Pizza, memories and so much more. I love walking the boardwalk and watching all the people. I follow Wildwood365 on facebook. I saw on their facebook page this week that there was the annual Pizza Tour this past Friday where they rate the best pizzeria, but I haven’t heard who won this year. I don’t do twitter. This was the Wildwood Pizza Tour http://www.wildwoodpizzatour.com/pizza-tour-2012-on-friday/ this year. I did see commenter’s that were on the tour on facebook and those comments were funny. There is even a Ghosts of Wildwood facebook page. I press like on different pictures Wildwood365 posts. At one point in my life, (when I was a younger teen) I thought I wanted to live and work in Wildwood all my life.

This is one picture I posted that I liked. I think it is beautiful.

Steve is right about the dumpster diving, except I have done a little more.

I am still waiting to hear who won the Pizza Tour in Wildwood for 2012.

I really don’t know what other members think, but I think memories are powerful. I had posted that I had great memories of Mack’s pizza and Wildwood. These are a few pictures I copied off of facebook under pictures Wildwood365 posts each day and also under Wildwood Memories & Nostalgia. I remember many pictures from Wildwood Memories & Nostalgia. Those things are not in Wildwood anymore. I remember going on the ride “The H**L Hole” with my dad for the first time many years ago. That was one of the wildest rides I ever was one. It spun you around so fast that there was no way you would become unstuck from that wall. That ride hasn’t been in Wildwood for many years, but my memories go back to going on that ride with my dad.

Bobby Rydell that I saw in Wildwood and sang, “Wildwood Days“, just had double transplant surgery recently and is doing well.

Time flies so fast in life and memories are what you cherish, at least in my opinion.

I lowered the TF for the Mack’s attempt and mixed the dough this morning. This dough ball sure didn’t look very big to me for an 18” pizza.

Lol, I think I know why my dough ball was so small now.

I think I should have put 0.7785 as the TF in the Expanded Dough Calculation Tool instead of the TF I put in of 0.07785. I just thought about that. Now I don't know what size pizza I am attempting tomrorrow. That is what I get for trying to use the Expanded Dough Calculation tool late at night and not rechecking what I did.

I always liked Bobby Rydell too. I saw loads of singing stars at Hershey when I was a teen. The bus that used to bring them to Hershey was called "Dick Clark's Caravan of Stars". My girlfriends and I also went to Hershey to see them. I was one of those young screaming teens that followed American Bandstand.

Yes, he is still pretty good looking and has a happy smile. I don't know how old he is now.

Well, your total weight at the bottom of the calculator is showing 20.01 oz. how much you normally use on an 18 incher Norma?

Bob,

I really don’t know how to figure that out, because I used a higher TF on my other attempts for an 18“ pizza on this thread. I will just guess how much to stretch the skin tomorrow and see what size pizza it makes. My last attempt for a 18” pizza weighed 21.31 oz., so I guess that isn’t a lot of difference.
