First the bread, NOW the pizza dough!

A new Kraft cheese ad is out.... I got a chuckle out of it... thought I would share it with the forum!  It's from their self-published (and free until now) magazine.

Don't think I've EVER used any kind of Kraft cheese on my pizzas...  and this ad certainly won't change my mind!   Laugh

I saw this ad and got a laugh out of it. Don't and won't use their cheese on my pies.  It's all about the crust!

We don't also use it on our pizzas though it has taste. Trying another brand is more exciting and flavorful. Well, we just want our pizza to be ever delicious! Smiley

I don't think we would use it either.  We prefer our own home made mozzarella.  It makes certain stuff that should never be in cheese isn't found in ours.  It is amazing what many commercially made "natural" mozzarella  has in it besides milk, vinegar, water and salt. Try stuff like enzymes, annatto, potato starch, cellulose powder, calcium sulfate, & natamycin (a mold inhibitor). I've even seen artificial smoke flavor added too.  Read the labels to make sure you get only food and not cheap things added to increase weight and give shelf life to the product. Fresh is best.
