Hey !! What do you think is the best restaurant for pizza, any style any city or country!!! What's your personal favorite and why and do you think you can duplicate there recipe? What pizza store make your tastebuds tingle???  Pizza!

Ok, Pizza oven in Lockport NY.
I grew up on this sweet and light delight.
The sauce has a sweet taste and still holds a hint of traditional WNY sauce flavor as well. The crust is a perfect WNY crust baked in a traditional oven. The crust has a light semi-chewy center with a soft light brown bottom.  I have tried several times to duplicate the recipe for the sauce and have gotten close but it is never quite there. If anyone has one that is really close please let me know.
