I made these cheesy breadsticks today.  I first brushed with herbs (fresh basil, fresh oregano, fresh parsley, and garlic that I had put though the food processor.  I added olive oil and microwaved the mixture.  I then added butter and brushed over entire Lehmann dough.  I used dough for 16" pizza.  Then sprinkled mozzarella on.  Baked in pan until top was almost finished, then took out of pan and set on deck until finished.

Pizzacrazy7,
Thank you, they are easy to make.  If you want any other instructions to try them, just let me know.  I forgot to add in my first post that I first use parchment paper on the pan so the dough doesn't stick.  When the cheesy breadsticks are almost finished, then put on deck to get the bottom to finish.
