I emailed grande cheese today and they sent me what appeared to be a canned response because it was not an inquiry from a legitimate restaurant or supplier.
Wow. I had a similar experience about 6 months ago. I had emailed Grande and got the most stupid and insensitive response. Something like . . . We can't sell to you, we can't give you any information where to find, don't be emailing us unless you're a reseller or restaurant, etc . . . . just basically a "go jump in the lake response." TERRIBLE public relations. It was so negative and insulting to my very, very simple inquiry. As a result, I'm not interested in doing business with such a company. There are other great cheeses out there.
